Shore Street Addition
This antique cape was often referred to as the "ivy house" since the front was covered in ivy. Unfortunately, that ivy had contributed to the deterioration of the shingles. The ivy was stripped, the shingles were replaced, and a two-wing addition, plus a two-story garage with apartment, was built, keeping the original scale and style of the house.
